Jessica Hallgren Haines, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of the Kendrick Law Group, a boutique law firm in Maitland, Florida founded in January 2016 with the goals of delivering personalized legal service with top-notch representation.
Jessica Haines made the ambitious decision to open Kendrick Law Group after just a few years removed from law school. Although risky, she knew that hard work, determination, a passion for helping others, and surrounding herself with like-minded individuals would translate into success. The firm has quickly grown into a trusted, well-diversified team of aggressive lawyers that work tirelessly to serve the needs of the central Florida community.
Kendrick Law Group has focused its energy on business related legal matters that run the gamut from small business owner issues to healthcare matters, contractual, and real estate law, family legal issues and estate planning. Jessica has recruited experts in these areas to facilitate consistent and expedient professional service to all of their clients at every opportunity.
Along with the desire to provide expert legal services to the community, the firm constantly endeavors to be a leader in the philanthropic sector, having founded its own charitable entity, the Hope for More Foundation, while also serving on numerous local charity boards and committees.
Jessica’s competitive nature, honed on the soccer field as a Division I athlete at UCF, meshed well with her desire to attend law school and ultimately open her own firm. After a few years in marketing, she decided to attend Barry School of Law, where she would earn her Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar certification. Working for another firm straight out of law school, she began to envision the type of family-centric law firm she wanted to build. Married, and now the mother of two boys, she appreciates the importance of work/life balance and that the happiness and well-being of her employees’ hinges on this important concept.
This creates a healthy atmosphere of satisfied, happy attorneys and support staff that can more fully meet the needs of the Kendrick Law Group client. Along the arduous path to legal success, while developing the business and real estate facets of the law practice, Jessica and her law partner Sarah Geltz, came to appreciate the knowledge and legal experience they could bring to the field of real estate, ultimately opening Champion Title and Closing in 2017 & Park Title in 2021. Stemming from their marketing backgrounds and sales experiences, they saw an opportunity to blend this real estate legal knowledge with the title and closing business, meeting an unmet need to provide title and closing expertise coupled with the legal acumen from two practicing attorneys. Canvasing the Orlando community, this company has appreciated consistent growth and success from its inception.
